How to text color like this

Hi, so I wanted to know how I can make my text in photoshop look like this:

You can ignore the two guys in the corner images, but I would like to know how this YouTuber made his text. He has a light yellow, then it goes down darker yellows as his letters go down.

In Photoshop... Create 3D text and then adjust materials as needed or paint on colors/textures. If not familiar with adding/editing materials, you could clip a gradient layer to your 3D layer or create blank layer(s) and use the brush tool to paint the yellows/oranges.

For the look on Playz, there are several ways to do it but an easy one would be to fill with blue gradient and then create an lighter blue ellipse for the bottom half and clip to the text layer.
