Isn't that weird? Photoshop 2018 and Bridge 2018 are installed on my D-drive.
Instead of the normal path
C:\Program Files\Adobe\ ... the programs are installed in
D:\Creative Cloud\ ...
Not a problem as both drives have still lots of GB free space but I never ever had a program installed on a non-C drive (unless I specified it during setup).
Just wondering why...

In any case it's a bit misleading to have this option at all. I get that SSD system drives often have small capacity, but most of the weight in MB's will still end up on C under your user account. And then people don't understand why their C drive fills up. The Bridge cache alone can be tens of gigabytes.
