Guys, my new PS CC 2018 has anew brush panel which I neither understand or require.  Does anyone know how to revert to the default (simpler) brush panel settings as of 2017?

You can adjust the brush panel, so it will look nearly as usual.

You can install the 2017 version from your Creative Cloud application if you want to go back a version. Just click on the link to “Other versions“

It's just a change in the names of the panels. The old Brush panel is now Brush Settings. The new Brush panel was the old Brush Presets.
