i have this pdf that I haven't opened for nearly a year. Now I can't open it at all. A dialogue box with 'error information' 'you do not have permission to perform this operation' comes up. Doesn't ask for a password or anything.
Have gone to properties to check the access options and all seems to be unrestricted.
Have got another person that I work with to open it as well and it still won't open.
Have run Adobe acrobat.exe as administrator and opened the file from within the program and I still keep getting the same error.
Have gone to 'open with' word and google and that also comes up errors.
Please help!
