Rotate on Cintiq 22HD touch Strip not working in PS 2018

I cannot get the rotate to work in PS 2018 (This is not the R command) This is using built in Rotate on a Wacom touch strip on a Cintiq 22HD.

If I switch back to PS 2017, same document, everything works OK

Anyone else having this problem?

Have you tried updating the Photoshop to 19.0.1 update?

Would recommend you to update the Photoshop to 19.0.1 update.
