    Prepare Form Tool error while trying to distribute Adobe Acrobat DC

      So one of my users is trying to distribute an Adobe form through our file server. It worked fine for her couple months ago but for some reason it's breaking now. She's using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC with the latest updates. We tried it from another user's computer, as well as using the domain admin and still nothing. The progress bar gets stuck on "setting up server for data collection" and if you're looking at the tracker to see the log you're getting "cloud not access the network resource". It's not a permissions issue since she's able to get into that path fine so it's definitely something with Acrobat. I tried unchecking "enhanced security" but that didn't do the trick

      Any help would be greatly appreciated
