Automatic PDF conversion in Facebook

I'm so frustrated and can't figure out how to stop automatic conversion to PDF. If I click on a friend's homepage to make a comment, it automatically turns it into PDF and takes up the whole screen. I can't find a link anywhere on Adobe to actually talk to someone.  Thanks

Do you have Adobe Acrobat installed?
