I am facing some issue with Adobe marketing cloud login. I create an adobe ID on adobe.com. I tried login to adobe marketing cloud , using that adobe ID, but i am not able to log in.

This seems to be causing due to incorrect account configuration. The first step would to reach out to an Admin of the Marketing Cloud company you are trying to login into and get the account reconfigured.
As the issue could be due to a miss-configuration at backend as well, the further step would be to get an incident opened with ClientCare with help of a Supported users in your organization.
