Lightroom CC installation not starting

Hi, I would like to try Lightroom CC (i have no other versions of Lightroom installed). When I launch the installation (Lightroom_set-up.exe), nothing happens: a window appeaars but stays empty

Launch Creative Cloud and install from the apps tab. If you have not installed the CC desktop app go to this link:
