    Trying to recover Adobe photo CC products after computer crash

      My computer crashed last week, and I’m reinstalling software.


      Issue 1: I have installed all of my Adobe applications except Adobe Camera Raw. The Adobe CC update page shows that ACR is “up to date,” even though it is NOT on my computer. Nothing thing I’ve found on the Adobe site explains how to get past this error.


      Issue 2: Also, I have the photo package. Apparently, some of the Adobe products I just downloaded are “trial” versions that aren’t associated with my Adobe CC account.


      Any idea how to resolve these issues?


      Or would i t be easier to just cancel my Adobe CC account (which expires in about a week) and start over?
