Are you signed in to Lightroom CC on the phone using the same Adobe ID as your subscription? This is a common cause for not seeing the subscription status on your phone.
If so, try signing out and back in.
As above, yes, logged in to the phone app with the same ID.
I have logged out and logged back in on both the phone app and Creative Cloud on my computer.
I'm having the same issue but I do not have the same email ID for Apple and for Adobe, how can I do this?
