Sharp Bright/Dark Edge Ringing

Does anyone know how to remove the impulse response ringing from this photo?

Photoshop is probably the only way

So Lightroom 6 cannot fix this sort of thing but Photoshop can?

You can try with the spot removal tool in Lightroom but it is going to be

really hard to get rid of this ringing artifact in Lightroom. Photoshop's

healing brush or clone stamp used judiciously will probably take care of it

in no time.
