inDesignを10月リリースのVer.13にアップデートできない

お使いのInDesignのバージョンとOSのバージョンは何でしょうか。

また，具体的にはアップデートのどの段階で操作できなくなったのでしょうか。

OSのバージョンは10.10です

CCのデスクトップでinDesignの項目をプレスするとバージョンが12となっていました

PC上は最新なのですが、送られてきたドキュメントがバージョン13で作られていたもので……

アップデートする方法を知りたく、投稿しました

OSに対応していないということなのでしょうか

10.10ということはMacですね。残念ながら2017年10月リリース（v13）は El Capitan以降でないとインストールできません。

InDesign の必要システム構成

回答自体はkatayaagi51さんの仰る通りですが、

OS X 10.10自体がAppleのサポート自体が終了してしまったことを踏まえなけれbなりません。

Xcodeなどの、Apple提供の開発ツール自体が終了OSには対応しない状態なので（途中で打ち切られる）、

新バージョンの利用を行うにはOS自体のアップデートがどうしても避けられません。

なお、これはAdobe製品に限らない、他メーカーの製品でも原則としては同様です。
