Re: Download CS3 - New version without activation

I have a big problem with this.

I have gone through all the steps, uninstalled, reinstalled, and it will not remove my old version of CS3 even with the creative cloud cleaner tool or recognise the 'newer' verified serial number Adobe issued to me.

I just want my product to be activated.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi Violettas56530799,

As you have mentioned you have tried multiple troubleshooting steps however you are unable to remove the Adobe CS3 from your machine.

Just want to confirm of you have tried the steps shared in the following help document specifically the step 3 of the solution: Resolve "temporary activation expired" error for CS3 and Acrobat 8 ?

Also let us know the operating system of your machine.

Awaiting your reply.
