I need help cancelling my subscription to Adobe Illustrator. I've been trying all morning and have been strong-armed. These people refuse to let me cancel a MONTHLY subscription. I tried to chat and it told me to wait one minute(s) for about ten years and the manage account option sends you in this loop. I've read articles about these brutish tactics before and now I just want out.
