How to edit 360 images that are not spherical?

Hi.

How can I adjust the angle in Photoshop CC 2018 for importing a 360 photo for editing, for images that are not full spherical 360 (e.g., 360 panorama [horizontal 360, but vertically missing top and bottom], or images from 360fly 4K that has Vertical 240°, Horizontal 360° FoV)?
