      Hi Bani,

       

      I too am facing similar difficulties to Violetta. I have been told by Adobe support to follow the link you gave above and have deleted the cache file in Application Support (I'm running on OSX Sierra), as well as having cleaned everything with the Creative Cloud Cleaner and uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Whenever I try to reinstall CS3, having followed these steps, it takes me straight back to the reactivation pop-up window that's attached to my old serial number and at no point has it asked me to verify a new serial number. 

       

      I have recently bought a new Mac and have transferred everything from my old mac to the new one, is this perhaps causing the issue?

       

      Do you have any advice as what to do next?
