Adobe animate- Is the paint bucket tool disabled in the free trial?

hi,

nothing is disabled in any adobe trials.  you're only time-limited using the trials.

test by creating a new rectangle (using the rectangle tool) in a new layer and then try to fill with the paint bucket tool.
