Syncing and saving photos from shared collections

Hi,

I recently updated Lightroom and have 3 collections shared on the web. In the past mu clients could just press and hold the photos to save on their phone, but it’s not working.

Does anybody know if this has anything to do with the update or how do you save the photos now?

Any info would be helpful. Thank you!

Are you using Lightroom Classic or the new Lightroom CC?
