I learned about 3d scanning but i want to avoid the 360 motion in order to keep my camera angles and shots intact. I'm only interested in the 3d texture, please can you help me?

You are going to need to give us a much more detailed description. I have no idea what kind of footage you are talking about, how you are capturing the footage, or what you want to do with it to make it look more like a video game. What does "keep my camera angles and shots intact" mean? I have no idea. I also don't know what you mean by 3D scanning. That could be anything from creating reflection maps with spherical cameras for use in a 3D app to using multiple photographs to create a 3D model.
