Hello everyone
I want to install an SSL certificate on my website, which is hosted on BC. (I didn't build the website myself, but I have to menage it)
The domain of the website is external, the IP address points to amazonaws and so BC don't allow SSL certificate installation.
How should I do to install one?
Thanks for your help.
Kind regards,
Francesco.
They will not do anything Carla.
Domain needs to be set as internal.

Hi Francesco,
Reading the BC doc's Add SSL to sites on the Bronze, Silver or Gold plan it's only possible when your domain is pointing to BC's name servers and depending what subscription you have.
Perhaps you could raise a support ticket about this. Hope they can help you.
Kind regards,
Carla

Thanks for your help, does that mean that I can only purchase an SSL certificate from Business catalyst or that the certificate needs to come from the same geographical area of the domain?
Thanks in advance.
Francesco.

You can only purchase the SSL from Adobe through the method created in BC for the process.
