We are experiencing issues with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC freezing Outlook especially when opening pdf documents from attachments. Acrobat DC is latest version with all updates, Outlook 2016 64 bit with all updates, OS Windows 10 Enterprise with all updates. We usually have to open lots of emails and write lots of emails at the same time, also we are editing few pdfs with forms and opening several standard pdf documents at same time. Few times a day Outlook freezes and we have determined that killing acrobat task unfreezes Outlook.
Can you advise how we can resolve this problem?
