Hello, I have followed all of the steps that adobe has provided at the "GPU troubleshooting FAQ" but this issue still persists.

I have the latest version of Windows 10 with the fall "Creators Update" installed.

Could you please check the driver date for your graphic card.

Check from the graphic card manufacturer's website if there are any new driver update available.

Also, you need to have at-least 1 GB of VRAM for GPU to work.

You can open the run window and type msinfo32 and check under Components>Display for VRAM info.

I have the latest graphics driver from windows update and Microsoft  and intel do not recommend using a newer driver directly from Intel. Should I try that?

Some of the Intel built-in graphics adapters are not supported by Lightroom. I'm using an older HP desktop computer that has one of the Intel graphics adapters, no graphics card. It has been disabled. Consequently, I cannot use the slideshow in Lightroom Classic CC. I have to create a PDF slideshow, and that works just fine. But that's the only thing that doesn't work in Lightroom. In Photoshop there are a couple of the filters that I'm not able to use. I could add a supported graphics card, but at this point I don't believe it would be worth it. I don't know enough about your computer to know if there is a graphics adapter available that would solve the problem. The main benefit of having a supported graphics adapter is for those who have high resolution monitors.
