I have just purchased a new iMac today, moving up from my late 2009 version.

Same actions I have always used transferred over no problem.

I went to image processor from bridge to run my action over all of my photos and got that error message. It didn’t do anything to the files. Jst opened them and sent the error. Nothing even showed up in the history.

It is brand new version 2018 Creative cloud photoshop.

What can I do to fix this ?

Hi jaimechurchward,

Please let us know the error code you got while running the action in Photoshop.

Also, have tried creating the same action in Photoshop CC 2018? and check if that helps.

Regards,

Mohit

Hi,

I've tried to use the image processor in Photoshop CC 2018 and get the same error. Looking to covert ~50 images from png to jpeg and to resize the images. I have tried saving them to the same location and saving them to a different location.  It looks as though the process begins to run but then the error pops up. After I close the error the photoshop window has tabs with each of the images.

Any advice would be really appreciated.

Here is the error:

Thanks!

Try using the image processor without any action for few images and check if it gives you an error message?

I tried using the image processor without resizing and the same error occurred. Thoughts?

Thanks
