What to do when no one helps?

I have a problem with Photoshop CS6. When I save a file as PDF, there comes the error that the file coudd not be saved because of a program error. I can only show this message in German: "Die Datei konnte nicht unter ... gespeichert werden, weil ein Programmfehler aufgetreten ist" - Translated by me: "The file could not be saved under ... because there was a program error". What should I do? The support doesn't help me. There is a guy with the same problem (Photoshop CS6, Mac 10.9.4 : I cannot save anything as pdf - "Die Datei konnte nicht unter "Foto.pdf"... ), and no one helped him neither? His question is over three years old and no reply. I'm totally lost. I feel left alone by Adobe
