I Have had loads of problems with this and it is starting to annoy my clients.
More often than not the loading indicator circle stops at half way and then times out with a network connection time out.
Other times if selecting "Update" i get an error 44.
This project is on a critical timeline for me and I need help asap.
Any suggestions appreciated.
Sorry to hear that you're hitting this problem! Generally, this happens because of a network error, including (potentially) your IT department blocking the port we use to share. Have you tried using a different account or from a different network?
