    Paying for Adobe Subscription that doesn't work


      Hi there.  I currently have a Macbook pro.  While browsing your website, I was excited to learn that I could use photoshop on a subscription basis.  It was my fault I admit, that I didn't verify that I had all the minimum requirements to run Photoshop.  But thinking now I have a Mac, what could go wrong?  So now, I'm paying a monthly subscription of $9.99 per month for the past 4 months, and NOT getting the use of this program as it doesn't work on my computer.  I also got the message that I cannot cancel, or I'll have to pay early cancellation fees.  How can I resolve this ?
