Hi there. I currently have a Macbook pro. While browsing your website, I was excited to learn that I could use photoshop on a subscription basis. It was my fault I admit, that I didn't verify that I had all the minimum requirements to run Photoshop. But thinking now I have a Mac, what could go wrong? So now, I'm paying a monthly subscription of $9.99 per month for the past 4 months, and NOT getting the use of this program as it doesn't work on my computer. I also got the message that I cannot cancel, or I'll have to pay early cancellation fees. How can I resolve this ? Jonathan.
Jonathan - this forum is user to user rather than Adobe.
You could contact Adobe - via the "Support Home" link at the top of this page
Alternatively, you could also try loading a previous version. The minimum system requirements have changed through time - but your subscription enables you to download and use all versions back to and including CS6. To do that, from the desktop app click the down arrow next to Open then choose "Other Versions". This would enable you to use Photoshop until at some point you update your system.
