I bought photo package, but I did not get email

Why i did not get email????From my wife`s credit card balance should be disclaimed 12,69 EUR on nov. 6. This photo package in addition to the completely new Lightroom CC, Lightroom Classic CC and Photoshop CC, it also includes 20 GB of cloud storage space.

I bought without adobe account. I give my email adress and the bank card number. Maybe my email was wrong. Now I made adobe account, the buying was successful. But i paid twice for one email.

I bought without adobe account.Just I have given my email and bank card

number. Maybe my email was wrong. Now i make adobe account, the buying was

succesfull.( Creative cloud photograhy plan).

But i paid twice for one email. Money was deducted twice from the card. I

attached previous loads.

I want to get the money back, because I haven't get activating email.
