Try logging-in to your Adobe account to check the status of your subscription under “Plans & Products”
Install Creative Cloud Desktop if you have not done so already and the software should be available to install from the Apps tab.
I bought without adobe account. I give my email adress and the bank card number. Maybe my email was wrong. Now I made adobe account, the buying was successful. But i paid twice for one email.

But i paid twice for one email. Money was deducted twice from the card. I
attached previous loads.
I want to get the money back, because I haven't get activating email.

Click the link below, sign-in and wait for the page to fully load.
- Choose Account Issues
- Choose Adobe ID and signing in
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and choose - Show me my contact options
- Click Chat
