Sudden tool and zoom lag using either CC 2015.5 or CC 2017

Hi

Last week CC 2017 was working completely fine. Today, when I started working on the same file, I noticed my zoom and my tools are all lagging. I tried going back to using CC 2015.5 and it, also, suddenly has the same issue. I tried all the supposed fixes I've seen on the forum (i.e. resetting preferences, uninstalling and reinstalling CC 2017 etc.) and nothing has worked. Also, I noticed those who have this issue seem to have it with CC 2018. I don't even see CC 2018 as being available yet.

Please Help! This is a major issue!

Same here, but that happened after i update my cc 2017 to cc2018. Zoom and pan got all lagging.
So i re-installed cc2017, uninstall cc2018.. and everything back to normal.

I guess i won't use cc2018 until they fix it
