    problems with creating portfolios

      Hi,

       

      I have just checked my version of acrobat pro dc is up to date.

       

      Architecture: x86_64

      Build: 15.6.30352.237999

      AGM: 4.30.71

      CoolType: 5.14.5

      JP2K: 1.2.2.38798

       

      I have also reuploaded just in case.

       

      My problem is that when I try and create portfolios, the application crashes. I have previously done many with no problems but now I can't do any.

       

      Any advice would be marvellous.

          Hello justinej,

           

          Sorry for the delay in response to your query and apologize for the inconvenience caused. As per the description  above, the Acrobat Pro DC is crashing while creating the portfolio, Is that correct?

           

          Please check for the latest update of Acrobat Pro from Help menu>Check for updates. You may also repair the installation files in  Acrobat from Help menu>Repair installation(only for Windows).

           

          If the issue persists, please share the following details:
