As per the description given above, if I understand correctly. You are unable to send one page of complete file? Or willing to send the only one page not complete file?

How you have been sending the file? What is the workflow that you follow?

You may send the file online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/send and if you are already using this method then you may change the web browser.

Or use the desktop application Adobe Reader DC- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

Check with another file, may be its a problem with the file itself.
