It will install, but it won't run well.  It will give extremely slow performance.  So much so that you will become frustrated using it.

Adobe now only sells CC by subscription with access to CS6, but that won't run well either.

If you find Premiere Pro CS4, it may run, but you will only be able to edit SD, not HDV or HD.

You will get no GPU Acceleration with that 256MB 9400M 

With that P8400 2-core CPU and no hyperthreading I doubt that even Premiere Elements would work.

It all depends on your media, lots of current media is highly compressed and require massive CPU power to decode
