I just installed Elements 9 on my new computer but it will not let me sign in unless I put in a personal URL, I don't have one. What do I do now?

How do I get the monitor to approve my post?

If your post goes into moderation, you just have to be patient and wait for a moderator to approve it. Moderators are unpaid volunteers, but try to be as quick as possible to approve posts.
If your talking about Signing-In to photoshop.com, then that doesn't work anymore and was optional anyway.
