When using the Publish Online feature, is there anything needed to have document available on the Publish Online Dashboard? When I visit the dashboard, I do not see any of the documents that I published. TIA

Are you saying there's nothing there or that the actual InDesign documents aren't there?

The document is published, I can view and share the link for others to view. In the dashboard, this is what I see:

Try going to the Creative Cloud desktop app, and sign out. Sign in again with your Adobe ID.

Thanks Aman, opening browser in incognito mode works, and shows published documents in the dashboard.
This got me wondering, could there be internal firewall settings (within my company's network) that is preventing the dashboard from working in normal browsing mode?

Nothing of that sort..I too had faced this and hence knew how to get rid of it.

Definitely, you can check it through open incognito mood. Then you can see it.
