    InDesign 2017 Quitting

InDesign 2017 has started quitting every time I try to change how text wraps around a photo or if I try to delete a photo. I tried downloading the BugFixes_MAC that I saw recommended but InDesign 2018 does not appear when I open the file so I can't choose it. I'm running OS X Yosemite 10.5.5 on an old MacBook Pro. I'm desperately trying to meet a print deadline. Can anyone help? Thank you!

          Hi Martha,

InDesign CC 2018 requires OSX 10.11 (El Capitan) at a minimum OS version.
          Unfortunately. I don't like that, you'll not like it…

          What I would NOT do:
Change OSX or InDesign in the middle of a project.

          What could be done?
          1. You could backup your preferences, trash your preferences.

          2. You could backup your preferences, uninstall InDesign and re-install.
Do not forget rebooting your Mac in between.

Also: Minimize the number of apps open when working with InDesign.

Or: Export the document to IDML, open the IDML, save to a NEW name and try to work on from that.
