How to migrate from photoshop elements catalog to lightroom CC

I.hve about 40,000+ photos and videos in my elemnts catalog. I am planning to move to loghtroom cc if there is an easy way to migrate my catalog. I would like to transfer my photo tags, albums and location tags

Your best solution right now would be to migrate from Elements into a trial of Classic, and from there into LR CC.
