Flash content not displaying - Mac

i have Mac Book Pro Retina 13 inch Early 2015

Processor 2.7Ghz intel core i5

8GB

Need to use MyMaths.co.uk for daughter's homework. When click on games prompt to load adobe flash player. Load. appears to be downloading but when finished games do not work and prompt to download again.

reviewed with apple.all system checks done.....plug ins etc etc. Exhausted what they can do. Indicate issue with Adobe and now do not know how to proceed.

Help please ?

ps.....i am not technically minded.

Assuming you're using Safari.  If so, Apple disables Flash by default and user's must enable it, on a per-site basis.  See Enable Adobe Flash Player for Safari for assistance.
