Android Adobe Acrobat file association (intent) bug

Whatever intent filter Adobe Acrobat uses needs fixing, as it doesn't register itself as a consumer of files with more than one period/full stop in their name, even if they have the pdf suffix.

e.g. Adobe Acrobat will not be suggested for opening a file named "some.file.pdf"
