Why do my lightroom cc account only gives me a "trial days remaining" on my phone? It works ok on my computer.
The most likely cause is that you are not logged into the correct Creative Cloud account. Many people have more than one Adobe ID. However, only one Adobe ID can be associated with your Creative Cloud account. Check your Lightroom CC installation and see which Adobe ID is logged in. Then go to your Android device and verify that you are logged into the exact same Adobe ID on it as well.
If they are both logged into the same account and that account has a paid subscription, I would recommend logging the Android device out and signing back in again to see if the trial message resets.
