      I have a user getting the error: A serious error has been detected and adobe cannot continue. Following the help doc with firs step verifying name of a file is correct, I have tried to uninstall and reinstall Adobe but the error continues. Trying to get in touch with an adobe customer service rep to get the AobeCnfig.xml file to try that route next.
