Hi I started the Photo plan about 3 months ago it is now saying that the plan has expired and I need to update my payment info. When I try to do this I get a message saying that the payment update is in progress and wait 24 hours. I have waited over 24 hours and I get sent here to get help. Any suggestions ??
Hi Andrew,
I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums. The subscription under this ID is active and there is no issue with the payment. Let us know if you have any issues while activating the subscription.
