I've had the same problem as Alvaro on two computers and your answer helped me, but using the file AcroRdrDC1800920044_es_ES.
It seems to be something wrong with the online installation.

The installation correction has been made on general Reader download page.
A correct installer for a language should now get installed. Let us know if there is an issue.
