Please help.... there is no error. It just does not work in any way. I had to log onto webservice to send a document for signature.

As you have mentioned above that the Adobe Sign does not work from Acrobat, are you referring to "Send for signature" option?
If yes, please try to repair the application and make sure that the application is updated to the latest patch released.
Assuming you are on Windows. To repair and for the updates, launch the application and go to Help menu.
Then select Repair Installation and Check for updates from the drop-down list.
Let us know if you are still experiencing the issue or you are referring to something else.
