I subscribe to Creative Cloud via Amazon. A month ago my creative cloud subscription was suddenly gone, and I resubscribed via Amazon, and discovered there was an update to install (CC 2018).
Last night my computer crashed and I found out I don't have an autorecover folder? I saw an old forum post about CC2015 where someone said changing their scratch disk made their autorecover folder show up. When I tried this I realised that my scratch disk wasn't even turned on. I'm not sure how this happened? But I turned it on now, however i'm still not getting an autorecover folder?
