Help please

I have a linked video in my PDF file. (link added to an image)

The video file is in the same directory as my PDF.

As it turns out the links in Acrobat are absolute.

I can't send the PDF to a client, because the link is broken and the video can't play.

How do I make the link relative?

Hi. By default, when you insert a video into a PDF using Acrobat tools, the video is embedded. Maybe the problem is the format, what video format are you using?

Did you add a link to the video using the Link tool in the Edit PDF toolset or did you use the Add Video tool in the Rich Media toolset? It it was the former, you'll need to either distribute the video along with the PDF or embed the video using the Add Video tool. If it was the later, it might be the video format as stated above..
