Right Click Menus and Save Dialogues Magnified

I use Photoshop CC at my office, and about a week ago, I went to save a document and noticed that the Save dialogue box was magnified.  It isn't an issue of resizing the window, that still works properly, it's the content inside the box that is magnified as if being viewed at 150% of its normal size.  The same is true of any right-click menu within the application, the size of the menu within photoshop is twice the size of any standard right-click menu outside of the application.  I don't know what changed, but I can't seem to find mention of this anywhere.  Has anyone else experienced this issue?
