Launch Creative Cloud and click on your avatar next to the three dots (top-right)
- Choose sign out
- Quit Creative Cloud
- Re-Start Creative Cloud
- Sign in to Creative Cloud
- Open Lr CC from the Apps tab.
All given answers are useless or not working. Its a software/server error, but only few people are affected so nobody cares. As long as we pay...
What can I do to help track down the error? I tried almost everything I can do as an experienced user..

We care, but problems that only affect a few people are notoriously difficult to track down.
