flash player in wordpress

Is there an issue with the latest version of wordpress and flash player. I can't get any flash video to work on my website [moderator: self-promoting link removed]

Do I need a plugin or something?

Flash Player is a browser plug-in.  It's installed on the client, not the server.  If you're site requires Flash (I didn't see it), post the exact link to the content in question, not the main site and force those you are asking help from to navigate through your site looking for the Flash content.
