I have purchased Adobe Photography plan and Creative Cloud App still says that I have to buy to access Lightroom and Photoshop. My subscribtion is still active. Help Please!
If the sign out and sign in still doesn't work I must ask is this YOUR ACCOUNT or are you trying to use some one else's account.

Are you Signed In in the CC DTA using the same Adobe ID you used to purchase the Photography plan?

Login to the main Adobe website with the same Adobe ID you used to purchase the plan with and click the Manage Account button. Then the Manage Plan button and check the expiration date.

My expiration date is 18th of July 2018.

It tells me to start a trial for Photoshop and Lightroom CC, I've used a trial to Lightroom Classic CC, because I had to edit some photos.

If your plan expires July 18 2018 have you been using LR and Photoshop since July 18 2017?
In the CC DTA click the human outline character in the upper right hand corner and then Sign Out. Then reboot your system, open the CC DTA then Sign Back In.

It still doesn't work. And yes this is my account and I have been using Lightroom and Photoshop since July 18th 2017.

Also I can open Lightroom, but it says that I have Reduced Functionality.

How many computers have you had LR and PS installed on since July 2017, including this install that is not functioning properly? If more than 2 and you didn't Sign out of either of the others then you have reached your install limit and that is why it has reduced functionality and or in trial mode.

I went to Live Chat, and I shared a screen with The guy then he ran some programs on My computer.
