Hello there,

first I want to tell you that I'm french.  So my English is not perfect...

Okay, so I did the upgrade of Adobe Premiere Pro to the version 12.0.0, and all of my video files imported doesn't work, They only have audio and there is no the visual, just a green screen.

So Premiere Pro is sending me a message that QuickTime 32Bits is not supported anymore (or something like this)

Can you please help me, because I don't know what to do.

This is the complete error message : The import / export of old QuickTime 32bites media will be suspended in a future release of Premiere Pro. To continue using these media in Premiere Pro after the end of support, transcode them to a current format.

And this is my screen.

If they open in Adobe Media Encoder, you can use that.

If not, try DaVinci Resolve.  It's free.

I recommend following the advice of the error message and transcoding all your media to Cineform files.
